(the Revd Dr) Victor Oliver
 Victor
Oliver serves are our Network Leader, coordinating the oversight of our
Bishop in this region. Victor served as the first Rector of
Resurrection, guiding the parish in its intial growth and into our
current location.
Victor and his wife Dixie
have two grown sons and lots of grandchildren. After serving as a
missionary in Vietnam, where he and Dixie met, Victor has served in
education and publishing.

culture so that through them, God’s message of compassion and forgiveness
will be understood and received by their friends and neighbors."
