Kid’s Ministries
On Sundays, our teachers continue to share Christ and Scripture with catechism and study of the Church Year.  Kid’s church for 3-6 year olds works on activities related to the Scripture lessons during the sermon time.   Every summer we partner with Allen Temple AME Church to provide Vacation Bible School.

Youth
The youth class meets on Sunday mornings to go deeper in the Christian life.  Every December we go to Windy Gap camp together.

Adult Spiritual Formation
Our Adult Spiritual Formation group meets on Sunday mornings and continues studies which draw us into the life of Christ, his Church, and service in our world.   ARIEL Discipleship is our continuing weekly Bible study group, which meets in sessions from time to time.  Discipleship Weekends are an upcoming weekend Fall/Spring event which will inspire and challenge us in our lives as Christians.

Small Groups
Starting in September 2010, we are meeting on Wednesday nights to explore "Why Small Groups" in preparation for launching groups in the Spring.

Fellowship and Hospitality
Coffee Hour after our 10:45am service is a popular meeting place for folks to catch up.  We also hold seasonal dinners and gatherings, including a supper series from time to time.

Men’s Breakfasts - Every Third Saturday, 8am
Harry Griffith leads the men’s breakfasts, with a great program of study and discussion called “The King and the Culture.”   Master Chef Tim Hopkins and crew always provide great food and the prayer and discussion are Christ-centered and Spirit led.

Healing Prayer Teams
(the Very Revd) David Collins and Ginny lead our ministry of prayer with healing prayer on Sundays and at other times.   The Prayer Teams are those from the Resurrection   Anglican Church who have been and are being trained and have made themselves available to serve as teams on each Sunday morning following Communion to pray for those who seek healing for body, soul, mind or spirit, for themselves or for others.   Public services of Healing Prayer are held every quarter on a Wednesday night.

Papa’s Pantry
Papa’s Pantry, led by founder Lynn Saunders, held a Grand Opening for The Master’s Training Center, a job skills and life skills mentoring and learning center.   Resurrection joins in many local churches in supporting Papa's through food drives, donations, and volunteering.
